Thalhimer Multifamily Mentorship Program

Thalhimer Multifamily Launches Mentorship Program to Develop Future On-Site Leaders

Thalhimer Multifamily (TMF) recently announced the newly formed Mentorship Program. For mentees, the program is designed to improve the newly-hired and newly-promoted associate experience. For mentors, it provides a leadership opportunity for more tenured associates excelling in their current roles and wishing to support other associates. Mentors will be paired with their mentees during the first two weeks after hire or promotion and assigned based on each associate’s position within Thalhimer. The program will be ongoing, with an initial 60-day onboarding checklist to cover all aspects of the position, and the mentee acclimates to their new role. The mentee and mentor will communicate regularly and meet bi-weekly. The mentors will serve as a guide and support for their mentees.

Mentors for the program either applied or were nominated, with criteria including at least 12 months of tenure with Thalhimer and proven excellence in their current role. We are excited to introduce our inaugural class of TMF Mentors:
