RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce Renee Pulliam, CPM, CAPS, CAM, HCCP has been promoted to Vice President – Director of Operations for Residential Property Services. Ms. Pulliam joined Thalhimer’s Residential Property Services group in November 2019 and focused on developing residential property operating plans.

Ms. Pulliam has over twenty-three years of multi-family experience, including multi-property positions with Matrix Residential, Waverton Associates, and S. L. Nusbaum. During that time, she developed competencies in new property lease-ups, financial performance and leadership in technology initiatives. She has been instrumental in implementing strategic projects such as innovative property marketing, resident renewal programs and revenue management software.

Ms. Pulliam has been actively involved in The Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) for her entire career, most recently serving on the Board of Directors and the Legislative Committee. Ms. Pulliam works closely with the VAMA lobbying staff to monitor bills and regularly testifies before House and Senate committees on the legislative impacts to the multi-housing industry.
