Mr. Price has more than 15 years of commercial real estate management experience, including roles as asset manager with Capital Square, senior real estate manager with Colliers/CBRE as well as Brandywine Realty Trust.

He holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from IREM, and a Virginia real estate salesperson license. He is also President-Elect for IREM Chapter #38 in Richmond.

Mr. Price is a Richmond native and attended James Madison University.
