The Residential Property Services team attended the 2022 Triangle Apartment Association (TAA) Tops Awards to celebrate several of our North Carolina apartment community teams on December 1st. Thalhimer had several nominations for both property and individual categories. Stonewood came home with one property-level award! This is the first time Thalhimer has participated in this event. We are very proud of all our nominated & winning teams! The next day, all teams gathered at Rock Creek for the annual holiday luncheon. Everyone enjoyed lunch, mingling, raffle prizes and a fun, yet competitive, white elephant gift exchange. Thank you to our North Carolina on-site team members for all you do!
